Designing an extension can be a very daunting process. Here at SWC Design - Build Ltd we have had many years’ experience and we are not phased by a challenging design request.

We will carry out a free assessment of your home and your requirements to see if your desires can be achieved.

Following this a full measured survey will be carried out to allow for existing CAD plans to be produced. This then allows the design of your new extension to commence.

To aid the design process some sketches may be required along with 3D visulisations. These are not always required as some clients know what they want and can read 2D drawings. However, 3D's can be produced for any project if requested for a little extra fee.
